Burberry Prorsum Spring 2010 RTW

I shall share my baby's love for Burberry. Cause who wouldn't? Looking at this collection makes me want to la-la.

Draping could come out heavy and over-aged. But Burberry keep it fun and youthful with pastel, neutral hues and light fabric.

Somehow, I like the socks with the strapy heels. Since, the whole collection has gone short, if the legs were too bare, wouldn't that projects a different aura than this?

Even the guys are looking uber chic in basic coats with military refrences.

This was on postsecret a few weeks ago.

There's an email message which kinda responded to this that says:

" I spent years feeling like this, wondering if each new place I went would be the home I was looking for. Then I realized that "home" is not something the universe is supposed to give me, a magical place where I'll suddenly feel I belong. It's a commitment I make to a place and to a community. I found a place that didn't feel like home at first, but I decided to make it my home. Every day that I spend here strengthens my commitment. Every day it becomes a little more like "home".

- Sometimes everyone feels a little out of place, at least I do, but this makes me hopeful. Hopeful of the home that I might be able to build one day. =)

Vanity ≠ Sanity

My grandpa knocked his head today. (nothing serious, it just hurts like a bitch) And the skin on his scalp like peeled off. So he get my grandma to take a look at it.

My grandma said : "I help you cut the skin off."

Grandpa: " Why cut it off?"

Grandma: "Let it hanging on your head for what?"

Grandpa : "Ok la..." *suspicious*

Took the scissors out. With me screaming in the background cause it's like damn creepy to me. I cannot stand anything gory.

Grandpa yelled: " Don't cut my hair ah!!!"

Grandma: "Ok la, so fan." *cuts*

Grandpa :" Ok already?"

Grandma: "OK." *shows the skin*

Grandpa :" You cut my hair off!!!! I told you not to!!!!"

Grandma:" How ah?! I can't help it also. It stuck on the hair mah..."

Grandpa :" No hair already still cut people's hair!!!!" *grumbles*

LOL. Damn vain la, ok? And my grandma lied that she wouldn't cut off his hair. Haha.

- It doesn't matter if you are eight or eighty, you still have to right to be vain.

Giant in a little world or little people in a big world?

Today as I was watching tennis (US Open) with my grandma, I kinda dozed off.

Suddenly....

The sportscasters said something about being six nine, which is six feet nine.

And I looked up and damn, the guy's a giant!!!!!

I wonder why people like me or Sabrina or Xin Hui who are 5 feet and under while people like him grew so tall. What did he eat?

He's a tennis player not some basketball player. But whatever, life's unfair.

On the website that I found this photo, the caption writes "John Isner standing next to Olivier Rochus, it hardly seems fair." Unfair in terms of which ever side you look at.

Olivier Rochus (centre) standing at 5'5" is the shortest player in the ATP tour professional. I definitely feel ya, mate. And he is still grinning in that photo, I wonder what is it to be grinned about.... Shorties are optimistic.

But if the guy is 5'5" and he looks like a freaking dwarf standing next to Isner. Imagine me or Sabrina or Xin Hui who are 5 feet and under standing next to him. In a photo, is it possible to capture our face (with us standing) without having the photographer standing like 20 feet away?

Kelas menggilap dan menggapai "A" bermaksud something so dumb it doesn't need to exist. Its existence is a disgrace to mother nature. Not only does it pollutes the world, it does nothing good except for making dumb people dumber, making emo teachers emo-er and wasting resources. I think I will contact some environmental club and bring this dumbest-creation-of-the-century down. Since, I love the environment and so do the other 99.9% students in these dumb shit classes. We're not attending any.
